Victoria Place is a beautiful condominium building that sits directly across from 2 beach accesses along the Beach Road in Kill Devil Hills. It's very bright and spacious with lots of light from windows on three sides. A very large deck overlooks beautifully landscaped grounds.

Centrally located at the 9 Milepost (we think it's the best location!), you'll find many interesting attractions and fun activities nearby. From watersports and miniature golf to Jockey's Ridge State Park, the Wright Brothers Memorial, Kitty Hawk Kites, great restaurants and shops, you're sure to find something to please everyone.

You will be close to some of the best restaurants on the beach including Tortuga's Lie, Red Drum, JK's, Kelly's, Kill Devil Grill and Goombays. Mexicali Brews and Five Guys are just 2 of the restaurants within walking distance.

Take in some local history and visit the Wright Brothers Monument and see where flight began. For a day trip, the Manteo Waterfront is a short drive away and offers some unique shops and wonderful views. The ferry over to Ocracoke Island also makes for a great day trip.

'Seascape Escape' is located on the 2nd floor (there is an elevator for the building) and offers: 42" HDTV with home theater in the living area, flat panel TV in each bedroom, 2 DVD players, spacious private oceanside deck, high-speed wireless Internet access, YMCA access, washer/dryer, well-equipped modern kitchen with granite countertops and tiled floors, great room and dining area with knotty pine hardwood floors.
